Procedure

To submit an image to the =
waterscapes-club gallery, simply
send us a note with the subject "SUBMISSION" and a link to the desired deviation in the message body.
Rules and Submission Agreement

Only club members may submit images to the =
waterscapes-club gallery.

While submissions to this club need not necessarily be
in the
Photography > Animals, Plants, and Nature > Waterscapes gallery, they
should meet the qualification quoted in the category description:
"Photographs of an expanse of natural scenery that can be seen in a single view. This category differs from a landscape in that waterscapes should feature water - flowing or standing - for the most part."
Though =
waterscapes-club respects all forms of art, this is a club for photography only. No other form of art will be accepted into the gallery. This includes photomanipulations. The administrator(s) of this club are well aware that there is a fine line between photo correction/adjustment using a digital photo editor and photomanipulation. To avoid any confusion, administrators will, at their discretion, make the final decision on whether or not to include any submitted image.

By submitting images for the =
waterscapes-club gallery, you are granting =
waterscapes-club permission to add those images to its gallery and display them (as thumbnails) in journals, shoutboard entries, and other normal account-related features.

No submissions to the club represent any transfer or reduction of copyright, publication, or ownership rights. =
waterscapes-club will never knowingly cooperate in the unauthorized use of any image in its gallery and will always do its best to direct viewers to the original artist.

All submissions are displayed in, and can be removed from, the =
waterscapes-club gallery at the sole discretion of the club administrator(s). Administrators maintain the right to refuse and/or remove any submission without warning or explanation.

Members are restricted to a maximum of
one submission to the gallery per week, to be taken at any time.
